How long does shipping take for international orders?
International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for apparel and vinyl?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition. Vinyl records and CDs must be unopened and still in their original shrink-wrap to qualify for a refund.
Can I pre-order upcoming album releases?
Yes, we offer pre-orders for most upcoming releases. Please note that if your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, the entire shipment will be held until the pre-order release date.

How do I ensure I am ordering the correct shirt size?

What should I do if my vinyl arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your record arrives warped or damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to arrange a replacement.
